Call Features

Voiteck customers can enjoy a suite of free calling features which they previously had to pay for such as voicemail, caller ID, call conferencing and many others. Voiteck also offer more advanced call features such as voicemail messages being emailed for easy playback and referencing. Plus you can click to call contacts directly from Outlook 'Click-to-Dial' and even obtain extra numbers 'Virtual Numbers', so you can contact commuting staff at no cost.

These features increase efficiency as staff members are able to answer their calls no matter where they are with ‘find me-follow me’ capabilities, as phone tag is reduced. A survey conducted by Sage Research showed an increase in productivity of up to 3 hours per week for each staff member!

Standard Features

Caller ID:If your handset has caller display capabilities, you can see who is calling, giving you the option of answering or letting it go to voicemail.
Call Forwarding:This one feature allows you to tailor your phone to your daily requirements with a multitude of options starting with forwarding incoming calls to your mobile, residential or an alternative business number.
Call Forwarding - Busy:Forwards incoming calls to a predetermined number only if your line is busy.
Call Forwarding - No Answer:Forwards incoming calls to a predetermined number only when your line is not answered.
Call Waiting:While you are on a call, the call waiting ‘beeps’ to advise you of another incoming call. You can then select to put your first caller on hold while you answer your call waiting or switch back and forth between callers.
Do Not Disturb:If you need time to concentrate or just want some peace and quiet, you can divert all calls to voicemail.
Voicemail:If you need time to concentrate or just want some peace and quiet, you can divert all calls to voicemail.

Advanced Features

Advanced Call Forwarding:Advanced Call Forwarding gives you the flexibility to forward only selected calls. For example you can create a custom list of up to 25 specific numbers you want to have forwarded. Only calls from your list will be forwarded.
Audio Recording of Calls:Record calls for later play back. Again, this is a feature that traditional telephone systems would charge a large premium for. All calls can be automatically recorded or they can be selected to record on an ad-hoc basis.
Auto-Attendant:Acts as a receptionist answering inbound calls and provides callers with the option of dialing by name or extension or being connected directly to the operator. The menu can be redesigned according to preference and customised with on-hold messages and music. This feature can be turned on and off based on business requirements such as after hours or on weekends.
Call Blocking:Block any calls you don’t want to receive calls from.
Call Return:You can check which number range you last and hit a key to return the call.
Caller ID Block:You can block Caller ID when making outbound calls – either all the time or on a call by call basis.
Click-to-Dial:Click-to-Dial allows callers to click a number on their computer screen in programs such as Microsoft Outlook, to initiate a call.
Find-Me-Follow-Me:Ring multiple numbers either all at once or in your preferred sequence (for call hunt / find me feature). Program it to ring you mobile, home phone, office line and other number of your choice. The first phone answered gets the call. With this option calls are not missed and it reduces frustrating phone tag.
Internet Caller Display (Outlook Integration):Allows you to point-and-click contacts to make phone calls and notifies you when someone is calling. You can monitor and manage incoming calls via a pop-up message displaying the name and number of the caller your computer screen. The following call handling options are available with this feature: 1.Answer the call 2.Forward the call 3.Send the caller a message (either a standard or customised message) 4.Send the caller to Voice Mail (you must be prescribed to voice mail).
Music on Hold:When your callers are on hold play them some music or a sales message. You can upload standard MP3 files to the system for music on hold. No need to attach some separate CD / MP3 player hardware to your equipment. You can use different music for different lines or use different sales messages on different lines. Basically anything you can record or convert MP3 format you can use.
Overhead Paging / Public Announcement:Depending on the phones you are using the system, you can make them behave as a company wide pagin / public announcement system when required. Put out announcements "now hear this, coffee break time, clocking off time".
Receptionist Operation Panel:If you have someone who acts as a receptionist you can have a ‘switchboard like’ operator panel running on their PC, allowing them to transfer calls with a mouse click to any extension, queue an incoming call, place them on hold, monitor which extensions are busy or free etc. All from their PC, of course you can do all the same stuff using a phone as well.
Travel Globally:When you are travelling internationally, customers and family will not have to pay high international rates to reach you. Bring you VoIP system with you and with high-speed Internet access, friends and family can reach you on your VoIP number.
Virtual Numbers:Virtual Numbers enable businesses to create multiple phone numbers based on location. For example, a company may receive a large number of prospects from interstate, having a virtual number with that area code not only allows customers to think the business has a local presence but also means customers only have to make a local, not interstate call.
Voice conferencing:Two or more parties from different locations communication on the same line simultaneously regardless of distance or even time zones, creating virtual meeting spaces for people to discuss business transactions.
V-Mail:When a new voicemail arrives, you will receive an email alert allowing you to listen to the message on your computer.
Wake Up / Alarm Calls:Get the system to ring your extension or any other number at a specific time as a reminder (or as a wake up call).
