Cloud 9 Solution
Voiteck provides a cloud-based solution for organisations that require between 5 and 15 extensions. Cloud 9 is a great system for smaller organisations looking for an excellent feature-rich solution without the added expense of an on-site installation. Voiteck customers can even retain their existing number, which will be ported to the Voiteck cloud. Alternatively customers or new businesses may receive a new number from Voiteck.

Suitable Cat 5-6 cabling with a reasonable internet speed area.

Voiteck Enterprise Solution
Voiteck provides an installed solution for organisations that require from 15 to 1,000 plus extensions. This is a great enterprise solution with flexibility for simple to complex call flows and in house ISDN solutions.
Site Requirements:
Suitable Cat 5-6 cabling with access to a defined communication architecture and suitable IT experience in house. Voiteck provide consultation on call flow management of normal office requirements to complex call center architecture. The enterprise customer has the benefit of terminating on VOIP, or, alternatively, terminating directly over ISDN.
